2016-03-24 | Special Screenings of Sato Makoto Films: Commemorating Book Launch

A new book of previously unpublished essays by the late Sato Makoto and 32 contributors has just been released on March 15, 2016. Titled In Regard of the Ordinary and the Absence / Documentary Filmmaker Sato Makoto’s Philosophy the book is published by Satoyama Sha and is being sold for 3,500 yen. Celebrating the book launch, special screenings of Sato’s films will be taking place March 24–26 in Tokyo.
