1. Read the regulations carefully * Be sure to read through all of the regulations before submitting your entry. | 2. Submit your entry - Fill out the online entry form

| 3. Complete the entry fee payment After submitting the entry form, proceed to the entry fee payment page and complete the payment. | 4. Receive confirmation of your entry You will receive two automatic emails from YIDFF office with the following information:
- Your entry number, URL for uploading promotional materials such as press kit, and your password
- The content of your online entry form
| 5. Submit promotional materials (if available) You may upload the following files, if available, at the “File Upload” page.
- Press kit (English or Japanese)
- Film stills (up to 3 different images)
| 6. Entry complete
