Application and Payment
- Please fill out the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and fax it to East Japan Railway Campany VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA by Thursday, Sep. 22.
- We will send you reservation confirmation by fax.
- You many pay for the hotel fees after arriving in Yamagata. Fees can be paid at the VIEW PLAZA YAMAGATA in Yamagata Station. Japanese yen and credit cards are acceptable.
- Please note that laundry service, mini-bar, phone calls and fax bills are not included in this rate. Such extras are to be paid upon check-out.

- If you cancel your reservation after your payment settled, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
